1. Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping fees will be shown at checkout. See our Shipping & Delivery page for more details.

2. How long does it take to process my order?

For items in stock, we usually ship within 1–3 business days and do our best to dispatch as quickly as possible.  


For items that are out of stock, they are built-to-order and may take anywhere from 1 to 3 months — in some cases, up to 6 months depending on the product.  


We try to note the estimated lead time on each product page, but if you’re unsure or need your order by a specific date, feel free to contact us in advance.

3. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), PayPal, and Apple Pay.

4. Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?

Depending on your country’s regulations, import duties or taxes may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Can I return or exchange my knife?

If your item is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We do not accept returns due to change of mind. For more details, please refer to our Refund Policy.
