Morihiro Blacksmith was founded by Morihiro I in 1961. The second generation, Yasuaki Taira, was trained at "味岡刃物製作所 (Ajioka Blade Factory)" in Sakai City, Osaka. Now He produces Japanese kitchen knives for both professional and home use.
