Sharpened and Restored
This knife has been professionally resharpened.
Originally, there was a small chip on the edge, which has been carefully repaired and re-honed by a skilled sharpener.
While the cutting performance has improved, the original finish has become slightly blurred due to the sharpening process.
You can check the knife’s pre-restoration condition in the last three photos of the product images.
Care
Frozen or hard products can chip the blade.
Don't wash in the dishwasher.
Use a whetstone to keep your knife from dulling.
