Collection: Ikeda Hamono Seisakujo

Ikeda Hamono Seisakujo (池田刃物製作所) was founded in 1888 and has been crafting Sakai knives for over 110 years across four generations. From the second generation onward, they also began producing Japanese swords, applying this expertise to create high-quality honyaki knives. Currently, the fourth-generation craftsman, Ryoichi Ikeda, is responsible for making these knives.
