Inoguchi Hamono Seisakusho (井之口刃物製作所) is a knife-making workshop located in Seki City, Gifu Prefecture. The factory is staffed exclusively by highly skilled craftsmen, each with over 40 years of experience, who produce high-quality kitchen knives with great care and precision.

Founded in 1960 in Seki, a city renowned for its blade-making tradition, Inoguchi Hamono has built its reputation through decades of craftsmanship and dedication.

The company has two in-house brands: TS Madam and Inoguchi.
The TS Madam series features a distinctive design with a fencing sword logo engraved on the blade—an emblem that symbolizes the company's long history and tradition in metalworking.
